The Holmes County Historical Society (HCHS) collects information about each visitor to the web Site in three ways: (1) through your IP address, which does not contain any personal information, (2) through any e-mail correspondences you send to us, and (3) when you submit information using an online order/input form on one of our web pages.

Use of Information

Holmes County Historical Society uses email addresses to send out information regarding membership and Public Programs offered at Holmes County Historical Society or services and events offered to HCHS members. If you wish to subscribe to our membership and public programs e-newsletters, we ask that you give your name and e-mail address. This information is used only by HCHS and is never sold or distributed. Any information you share with us will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of HCHS without your permission. If your information changes, you can contact .org to provide updated information. If you are no longer interested in receiving email communications from HCHS, you can opt-out by e-mailing info@holmeshistory.com with your request to be removed from our list.
